Shipment processing time
All in stock orders may take up to 72 hours to process, while most ship within 48 hours. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. Please note that shipping could be delayed during high volume seasons. Our staff will contact you should any delays arise.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation will be emailed or sent by SMS, along with your tracking information.
Damages
The Giftologist is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please see our Returns + Exchanges page for further information.
