Returns + Exchanges
We take pride in everything we sell, and hope you absolutely love your purchase!
The Giftologist gladly accepts returns (in most cases) for exchange or store credit, within 14 days of purchase. Should you need to return an item or you have received an item that is in less-than-perfect condition, please fill out the Return Authorization Form and follow the return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.
Shipping costs are non refundable. Please note your credit will be less any shipping costs. Returned items are at your own expense. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be aware that items listed below are final sale:
- All Books
- All Costume Jewelry
- Sale Items
- Personalized Items
- Holiday Themed items are not returnable after the holiday has passed. (ex: Christmas items are not accepted for credit or exchange after December 24th)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return less shipping charges. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued to your store account.
Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can not be responsible for lost or missing returned shipments.
